Are Sore Throat, Cold, Fatigue And Body Pain Side Effects Of Amoxicillin

Can an abcessed tooth cause other symptoms such as sore throat, muscle weakness, runny/stuffed nose, noisy exhales, exhaustion, weakness, muscle aches, dizziness, etc? I took one 500 mg amoxicillin and the achy tooth went away, but the other symptoms are still there as strong as ever. Should I call my dentist or my primary care physician or both in the morning?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the teeth abscess then it may give sever pain, swelling of surrounding areas, fever, and referred pain and no other symptoms it could give it is better to see the dental surgeon hope this information helps.
