Are Sore Throat, Diarrhea And Heart Palpitations Side Effects Of Cephalexin?

Hi, I m taking cephalexin for mastitis. It s helping the infect but the side effects are becoming unbearable. Acid belly, flu like symptoms, very sore throat. Diarrhea, heart palpitations. I have to sit up at night to sleep or I feel as though I m drowning in fluid coming from my nose mouth and eyes

Hi,
Antibiotics are associated with their share of side effects.
You can try a dose of Tab. Pantoprazole 40mg, before food, post which you take your antibiotic. This may help.
