Are Sore Throat, Fever, Irritation In Testicles And Penis Signs Of HIV?

Hi doctor Two weeks ago I hooked up with a prostitute in latin america. She was drunked. I kissed her lips, breasts and belly followed by fingering for two or three minutes. Then I put condom and tried to insert my penis into her vagina. I then loose erection and cum almost half inserted. I then removed the condom and slept with her closly gripping her without washing my dick. The hole act was not more than 20 minutes. After about two weeks I had sore throat and fever that last about five days. Also I am feeling some swellowing and irritation in my testicles and penis. I am very much worried about HIV transmission. Please help me

Half insertion , semen discharge , but condom was there and was acting as a barrier .
After that you removed condom and your penis was in contact with her vagina for almost 20 minute , that is the point of tension in your case .
Kissing , breast sucking and fingering were safe ( if there was not a cut in the finger).
If she was an HIV infected her cervical smear and vaginal fluid were also HIV infected then there was a great risk for you .
You got sore throat and fever , these are most prominent symptoms of HIV infection as well other STD .
As you mentioned that there is swelling and irritation in your penis and testicles .
So these signs ( testicles & penis)and sore throat and fever may be due to STD , so please get in VDRL test .
Window period time also passed so get in rapid P 24 nucleic acid amplification test for HIV confirmation ( pcr , rna).
So deal as mentioned above.
