Are Stable Bilateral Fibrotic Changes And Emphysematous Bulla Serious Concern?

Two views of the chest. The cardiomediastinal silhouette is within normal limits. There are stable bilateral fibrotic changes and emphysematous bulla. There is a persistent infiltrate in the right upper lobe. No pleural effusion or pneumothorax. The osseous structures are unremarkable

Hi,

The heart is normal. The lungs are showing some areas of scarring and few air filled cavities are the same as visualized in the previous X-ray.

There is a lung opacity and it is in the right lung upper lobe. This is the same as visualized before.
