Are Stomach Pain And Blood Vomiting Signs Of Ulcers?
I don t know if you re the right Dr, but my granddaughter, age 21, stationed in Korea on the border line between north and south. Has stomach aches and vomiting blood. Drs there have ruled out ulcers. So many tests but no answers. What could it be?

This is usnusual symptoms for such young man and it must be evaluated, Blood vomiting is always concerning sign and stomach ulcers are first things to be ruled out. So he must do gastroscopy and clear this out. More serious diagnoses sich as tumors may also be underlying causes but this is rare in general bt biopsy of suspicious lesions should be taken.
I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time. Kindly regards. Wish you a good health. DR. Ivan Rommstein
