Are Sudden Chills, Vomiting And Diarrhea Due To Food Poisoning?
Thursday night I suffered severe chills/tremors (over 2 hours), vomiting and diarrhea. I had earlier prepared and eaten a salad that included fresh (unwashed) spinach and ranch dressing with an expiration 6 months ago. I checked WEB MD and it suggested my illness was food poisoning. Just wondering of either of the two ingredients may have caused this. No flu or cold. TY

you symptoms do suggest food poisoning and most likely cause would be dressing which had passed its expiry.
if symptoms have abated its fine if not please do visit the nearest emergency and get yourself checked for dehydration and other complications
