Are Swelling In Left Side And Numbness In Left Leg Post An Injury A Concern?

I am on a blood thinner. I was playing tennis and thought I pulled a muscle on my lower left side by my hip. A few days later a very large bruise appeared. My left side (love handle)is swollen. I now have numbness down my left leg. Should I be seen by a doctor?

take nsaids for pain and swelling and keep the limb elevated while at rest. you may need to take multivitamins particularly b12 for sometime. if it doesn't help, go see a doctor.
