Are swollen neckglands a potencial early sign of stroke it kinda feels like something is trying to pull my head down on the right it feels swollen ...not the limphnod (sic) I believe its a gland or muscle the goes from back of my jaw to front centre of myneck beside the adams spple(almost)between im also having eye pain behind my right eye and strange tingkes on my right arm
