Are Symptoms Of Frequent Urination, Fatigue, And Stomach Pain Signs Of Pregnancy?
Im young i think i got my girl friend pregnant but im not sure. Shes been showing early pregnancy symptoms like frequnetly urination , Fatigue and stomach pains. I just need help to no what i can do to stop the pregnancy. Im not finacially stable to have a baby now.

Though frequansy of urination, fatigue & stmoach pain are signs of pregnancy in early three months They are not confirmative.
- It is essentially associated with stoppage of menses.
- Pregnancy test turns of +ve ( Get blood pregnancy test done,to avoid false +ve report)
- ultrasound scanning reveals growing fetus in the uterus.
You can get the pregnancy diagnosed by a gynac consultation/either of above signs.
If it turns to be +ve, go for MTP with IUD ( to avoid further pregnancy)
