Are Symptoms Related To IBS Or Pregnancy?

I have IBS but not if sure my problem is related to that or might be pregnant. My breasts are very tender, shortness of breath, lower abdominal cramping, lower back pain on left side, feeling full and bloated all the time, frequent urination. I just had my period almost 3 weeks ago and have taken a test but was negative

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that possibility of being pregnant is there and is advisable for you to do a pregnancy test after 10 days again and till then restrict your exretional activities.
