Are Tailbone Cramps A Concerning Matter?

Hello! Over the past 3 days I have had a cramping feeling near my tailbone and periodic sharp pains deep in my sphincter. It used to hurt when bending forward, as if I were having muscle spasms inside. It has gotten better but wondering if this is something I should still see a doctor about.
