Are The 18-pressure Point Fibromyalgia Pressure Point Chart And Symptoms Accurate?

I just returned from my general physician with my Mayo Clinic 18-pressure point Fibromyalgia pressure point chart and symptoms. I hurt at all 18 of those pressures points; I have 6 of the other symptoms as well, and he tells me I don t believe in that CRAP!

Hi , the disease fibromyalgia is based on diagnosis of tenderness on this pressure points. its specificity is nearly 90% which is good enough to rule in a disease when there is pain on pressure. I would advice you to take a little less stress and also improve your sleep habits by increasing sleep time as well as do regular exercise to improve sleep, since disturbed sleep can cause fibromyalgia and that would help. You can also meanwhile start a course of pregabilin to reduce the pain and fatgiue you might be having
