General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
I have undergone through your semen analysis.
ALL THE PARAMETER OF SPERM ARE NORMAL EXCEPT presence of Pus cell.
Pus cell upto 5 /hpf consider normal so you have more pus cell.
High pus cell could be due to infection in reproductive tract like epididmytis, prostatitis.
I would suggest to consult the urologist and undergo urine tests and sperm culture to confirm the infection.
If infection was found then proper antibiotic course is required.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water, do regular exercise, maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
Hope this may help you

Contact further if follow up required
Best regards
