Are The Follicular Study Reports Normal?

Hi Doctor,

I am 25-year-old, got follicular study on 12th day of my cycle.
Below are the findings:
RO DF - 18*17
LO DF - No DF
Endo - 7mm
Free Fluid - No

Can you please suggest me whether the above are the normal findings to conceive...Please suggest

Thanks for writing to HCM

Your follicular study is absolutely normal.
There is single dominant follicle(measuring 18 x 17 mm) in right ovary and it will take part in ovulation and will be available for fertilization.
Ovulation is indicated by mild free fluid in POD.
You should plan unprotected intercourse within 24-48 hours of ovulation for maximum chances of fertilization.
After intercourse female should lay down in bed with folded hips and knees for 15 mins so that sperm can move inside the female genital tract easily.
Endometrial thickness is also satisfactory.
Left ovary shows polycystic appearance.
Uterus is normal in size.
