This means there is at least some small damage going on with the liver. This could be caused by infections, drugs, alcohol, etc. Because you clearly consume alcohol, I will ask you to consider reducing the levels to almost zero. Also, stop smoking because this associated with diabetes and high blood pressure is a perfect recipe for heart attack, stroke, etc. For now, consult a gastroeneterologist to complete the above findings with a comprehensive liver function tests.
