I have uncomfortable fillings after taking alcohol ( next morning) or smoking. why such problem occurs?
I am so sorry to hear about concerning laboratory findings. The results all show to be some where above the upper limit. This means there is at least some small damage going on with the liver. This could be caused by infections, drugs, alcohol, etc. Because you clearly consume alcohol, I will ask you to consider reducing the levels to almost zero. Also, stop smoking because this associated with diabetes and high blood pressure is a perfect recipe for heart attack, stroke, etc.
For now, consult a gastroeneterologist to complete the above findings with a comprehensive liver function tests. You would receive sound advice on what to do. Please, remember to consider stopping alcohol and cigarette.
I hope this addresses your query fully. Thank you so much for using our services and please feel free to ask for clarifications if need be. I wish you the best of health. Dr. Ditah, MD.
