Are The Painful Bumps On Tongue And Pain While Swallowing Symptoms Of Chicken Pox?

I av chicken pox and am experiencing some difficulty in breathing is that a normal symptom. I outgrew asthma many yes back and it didn't feel like the usual asthma attack. I also have painful bumps on my Tongue and slight pain in swallowing. Are these all symptoms of the chicken pox?
