Are The Symptoms Of IBS Constipation, Change In Bowel Movement, Bloating, Cloudy Urine, Abdominal Pain And Dizziness?

Hi im experiencing symptoms of ibs including constipation, change of bowel movement, bloating, cloudy hazy urine, discharge, painful when having sexual inter course, pain in lower left abdomin, dizziness. I also suffer from anxiety so currently my mind is going overtime that ive been misdiagnosed. Could it be something else? Oc for example. I am 22 years of age.

Hi, IBS is mainly related to stress and intestinal upset. But cloudy, hazy urine may be related to urinary infection. There is no investigation of IBS, it is a clinical diagnosis of exclusion only. As per your description, it seem a that you have IBS. But you need to check urine routine exam and see your physician to rule out any other illness
