Hello,

Both you and your wife need to get few tests done. You should get semen analysis done, to determine your sperm count and quality, number of dead sperms, etc. You will be given medicines to improve your sperm count if it is found to be low. Get your wife, ovulation testing to determine if she is ovulating, hormone testing, hysterosalpingography, to detect fallopian tube blockage. She will be accordingly treated.

Both of you are suggested to stay away from stress and anxiety, avoid addictions, like smoking, alcohol, drugs, etc. Take home made nutritious food, high in protein. Stay together. Your wife can take clomiphene (Fertyl 50 MG Tablet), it helps to ovulate, but it should be taken only after consultation with a Gynae as it can have side effects.

It is commonly given from the 3rd to 7th day or 5th to 9th cycle days. It is combined with IUI (intrauterine insemination) treatment for successful conception so do not start it without consultation of a health care provider.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
