Are there any effective treatments to speed up the healing of pityriasis rosea. My 12 year old daughter has this all over her body, she has had it for 4 weeks and it is still getting worse rather than improving. This is having a real adverse effect on her self esteem.

Personal hygiene is important to be maintained.
Oral antifungal drug like fluconazole once a week for many weeks.
Apply antifungal lotion all over the area twice daily for a about two weeks.
Apply dusting powder containg antifungal agent like clotrimazole to be used regularly.
