Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Yes, there are interactions between these medications.
Wellbutrin may cause seizures, and combine it with other medications that can also cause seizures such as Zoloft and
Corticosteroids may increase that risk. You may be more susceptible if you are elderly, undergoing alcohol or drug withdrawal, have a history of seizures, or have a
brain tumor or
head injury.
Your doctor may be able to prescribe alternatives that do not interact, or you may need a dose adjustment or more frequent monitoring by your doctor to safely use both medications.
Taking
Aspirin together with Corticosteroids and Zoloft may increase the side effects in the gastrointestinal tract such as inflammation, bleeding, ulceration, and rarely, perforation. You should take these medications with food to lessen the risk.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali
