Are There Any Possible Treatments For HIV?

right now I am tested HIV positive, and my CD4 count is normal with no disease
doctors are saying I will not be treated with ART tablets till my CD4 count falls.
but my question is if I wait till CD4 falls then won't the HIV bacteria will multiply till then.
one more question is does this can be cured through ayurvedic as claimed through their web site

1. Since at this time you are HIV positive which means one is infected with the virus but due to strong Immunity of the person the disease is not able to produce symptoms.

2. although your doctor is in best position to say about the initiation of treatment but Results from two studies published in The New England Journal of Medicine suggest that patients who began ART therapy early after HIV seroconversion had improved CD4 cell counts and delayed disease progression.

3. Since it is related with Immunity thus in Ayurveda we usually go with Rasayan [Immunomodulation] chikitsa which improves CD4 count.
