Are There Any Side Effects Of Taking Effexor And Lexapro?

I was on Effexor and recently switched to Lexapro, for reason of feeling depressed and not being able to lose weight. I use Effexor/Lexapro for anxiety. I went off Effexor and was able to maintain weight loss, but was high anxiety. Do you have recommendations that I should talk to my doctor about?
