Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms seem to be related to anxiety.
I would not recommend taking hydrocolodone for a long time, because it can lead to addiction and tolerance, thus exacerbating anxiety.
Anyway, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a careful physical exam and some tests:
- a resting ECG - a chest X Ray study - complete blood count - PCR, ESR for inflammation
Are your symptoms triggered by deep inspiration or body movements? This would be indicative of a musculo-skeletal pain. In such case ibuprofen would help improve your situation.
Hope to have been helpful!
Kind regards, Dr. Iliri
