Are There Chances Of Pregnancy Having A Mock Period And Upper Abdomen Pain And Have Been On Pills For Few Months?

Hi, i have been on the pill for 8 months, but recently had sex and did not use a condom, i know he came inside me. IM worried i might be pregnant but how do i know for sure? IM on my break now, so if i have my mock period does that mean in not pregnant?? Also ive recently had a pain in the top of my stomach? What could this mean?

Thank you for consulting Healthcare Magic

I can appreciate your worries of being pregnant. Being on pills makes it less likely for you to be pregnant. Having your mock periods also rules out the chance of a pregnancy.

Anyway to confirm objectively as a treating physician I'd advice my patients to get a urine pregnancy test done.

The pain in your upper abdomen could be due to gastritis. is there any relation with food intake ? Get some over the counter drugs like Omeprazole 20 mg. If its not relieved please consult a surgeon and get yourself examined.

Please revert with further details.
