OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Periods are irregular in polycystic ovarian disease. If your urine pregnancy test is negative, then the pregnancy is ruled out.
You should consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined , investigated and treated to get withdrawal bleeding with progesterone hormonal drugs.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
