Are There Preventive Medication For HIV?

hello, I got stolen and got many deep cut by knight by bad guy. A guy got cut also while I was againt him, so I am afraid of HIV that was why I asked Doctor for using medecine to avoid HIV, however, after 4 days using that medecine, I feel so bad, I got stow up, feeling weak, and so on. name of the medecine is: Lamzidivir, my question is: 1, how many % I would get HIV from that accident? 2, do you know/hear about that medecine? 3, can I stop using this medecine and is there any other methods which I can replace to avoid % of HIV?

1)By what kind of sharp object u got the injury?
2) was it contaminated by HIV infected blood
3) if contaminated with HIV , is it fresh blood / Dried blood?

1)It is less than 0.03% if with HIV infected persons
2)Yes it is the basic regimen given in POST EXPOSURE PROPHYLAXIS iT IS THE COMBINATION OF ZIDOVUDINE & LAMIVUDINE
3) NONEED TO TAKE PEP IF THE SOURCE IS UN INFECTED
PRIOR TO THAT YOU MUST TEST FOR ICTC FIRST
