Are There Side Effects For Zembrin?

Are there side effects in taking Zembrin and do you take on an empty stomach or with a meal and all my other supplements?

I've been taking for about 5 days and the first day I felt wonderful and felt like actually doing something around the house, I did more in that 1 day than I ususally do in a week. I do not have a thyroid gland and have bronchectisis and lymphycytic colitis. Thanks for your input!
