Are These Be Related: Earlier Periods, Lump On The Right Side Of The Neck, Burning Sensation In The Armpits When Under Stress?

I've recently (the past two months) have been getting earlier periods than usual, and my cycle is always on time, which I follow through a cycle app on my mobile. A couple of days ago I found a small lump on the right side of my neck, and above that lump and even smaller one. They are painless, I just have a slight stiffness to my neck, but nothing that is bothering me. I've also about a month ago started having burning sensations in the armpit area of both sides, but they seem to occur when I'm under stress, and they started when I changed my deodorant. I'm very worried, and have an appointment next month, it's just so long until my appointment, I feel like I'm going crazy worrying. I just want to know, if these symptoms are connected in any way and what could be wrong with me considering these symptoms. Other than the ones I mentioned, I feel fine

hi, altered periods and a lump in the neck could be a thyroid related issue. check if you have any symptoms of hypo or hyperthyroidism. thyroid tests and ultrasound neck will help. alternatively, it could be a lymphnode also. you have probably developed allergy to the deodorant which is the cause of irritation. Any case, you need not worry. hope this helped.
