Are These Semen Analysis Motility 50% Normal?

Male: 32 years old 160 lbs 5 6 seman analysis: motility 50% non progressive:20% RBC seman :present Abnormal sperm present:27 ph seman 7.0 head affects:tapered WBC sperm:.22x10.6 volume:5.0 total sperm 220 million sperm count 44millions normal sperm 73% non motile sperm :30%.....all this normal???wife under studies for fertility......am I ok?

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your semen analysis report suggests infection .
Infection is indicated by the presence of WBC,RBC in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
You need few more investigation like routine hemogram,Semen culture and sensitivity,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed after culture and sensitivity report.

Other findings like sperm count and motility is within normal limit.
