Are These Symptoms A Sign Of Pneumonia?

Do I have viral pneumonia or pneumonia? Had two weeks of antibiotics, feel not working. Been sick for 3 wks . coughing , swollen glands, fatigued, tired , weak, sneezing, wheezing when I breath in or out. Runny nose, coughing up sputum , yellow bit greenish.

Hi, this is definitely not viral pneumonia because viral pneumonia don't persist for 2 weeks. This could be bacterial pneumonia. You should do a chest x ray immediately, cbc with esr, crp levels and blood culture to confirm the diagnosis. Drugs should be upgraded to second line as there is no response for 2 weeks.
