Dear , This is Dr. S. Tomar from healthcaremagic.com's medical team and I ll be your medical adviser for this question. First of all thank you for sharing your concern with us and showing trust on us. The sensations which you are feeling are known as paresthesia and Vitamin B12 deficiency is one of the cause of such sensations .In medical term we call it nutritional neuropathy . It responds well if the deficit is replenished with proper diet and supplements . I would recommend you to take proper nutrition and supplements as prescribed by your Healthcare providers . With this get your blood sugar checked as such manifestations can also be indicative of diabetes . This is my initial response and discussion is open until you have any query or need further clarification. I wish you good health .
sincerely, Dr. Shardendu Tomar
