Are Tiredness And Pain In Legs Post A Fever A Cause For Concern?

My six year old had a fever a few days ago for a day or so. He is still tired since the fever and is not his usual energetic self. Now today he is complaining of his legs hurting and is struggling to walk. Could it just be soreness or should I just take home to the rest

It could be related to poor intake, poor feeding, dehydration, nutritional deficiencies, electrolyte imbalances, and so on. I cannot really comment as I need morr details. As it is in regards to a child, it is always best to report to a doctor.
