Are Tremors And Confusion Normal When Having Kidney Problems?
Hello Dr. I went to the ER for some strange symptoms like tremors and confusion, they did a chest Xray and found increased markings at the right base and mentioned a questionable early infiltrate. My CPK level was 293 and the kidneys were slight affected from the CPK levels constricting the kidneys. Other than that all tests were fine including a CT scan of head and EKG. I had a follow up chest x-ray today. Also a breast cancer survivor. I am 52 years young. Former light smoker quit in 1999. If the spot is still there, what is usually the next step? Thank you

get following tests done blood complete picture, blood sugar levels both fasting and random, complete renal profile, urine analysis, ANA, Antibodies screening (like ANA, Ds-DNA, ANCA, ) imaging studies like ultrasound kidney and CT if your doctor want them.
