Are Twinges In Abdomen Post Unprotected Sex Suggestive Of Pregnancy?
Hi, my husband and I had unprotected sex 3 straight nights until on the day of my ovulation. And the next day of my ovulation, I felt some twinges or a sharp object time to time on the left side of my tummy and it last for 3 days. I never felt like this before and this is the first time we tried to make a baby. Do you think its a sign that Im getting pregnant? Thanks a lot! Best, Mary

Hello, welcome to HCM. No these are not the signs of pregnancy. There could be some muscle contractions and relaxations (spasms)on the left side of the abdomen.This some times happen to few individuals. Please see that you are taking enough fluid. Take care

It is possible for you to get pregnant after unprotected intercourse, however it is too eary to be feeling anything pertining to your pregnancy.
I suggest you wait for your next period and if you miss it, do a urine pregnancy test that would confirm your pregnancy. Then its time to see your obstetrician.
