Are Two Menstrual Cycles Possible In A Month For A 43-year-old Female?

I had light spotting Monday after sex. Wednesday I had sex with my boyfriend and looked up I was bleeding like a I am on my cycle. My cycle normally generates around the 1st of the month. Can a woman come on her cycle twice a month? I am 43 and trying to have my first child.

Hello,

Having intermenstrual bleeding or prolonged periods is not much normal. You should get further evaluated doing a colposcopy and ultrasound.

Also in your age may be premenopause is causing these symptoms. I think you should consult a fertility specialist because time is very precious in your age.
