Are Vaginal Spotting And Headaches Signs Of Pregnancy?

I have a regular 28 day cycle. Every period is the same. A few days very heavy then the rest light. Usually lasts for 6 days. Lots of clotting. My last regular period was dec 28th 2010 and I started this period on time but it was somewhat heavy the first half of the day but then it stopped that night. The next day I was spotting and also today, just spotting. I took a home test and it came out neg... but Ive been having headaches and been sleeping more than usual... Can I be pregnant?

Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) As your urine pregnancy test reports are negative, you can assume that you are not pregnant.
In case of doubt blood beta HCG test and USG will be of help

With your history of regular cycles, day 10 to 20 of the cycle is the most fertile period of cycle. It will be a good habit of using barrier contraceptive method like condom , if you have sex act in these days. This help you to prevent any unwanted pregnancy and STDs.

3 ) I will suggest you to get USG done to know as to why you are passing clots during periods. As this is considered as heavy bleeding. I will suggest you to use Tab Pause MF 3 times a day for 3 days or as needed to control the bleeding.
