Are Values Low For An Active Person Who Is Trying To Lose Weight?

I am 33 yrs of age and have been fighting being over weight almost all me life. not extreme do to I stay in the gym and stay active. past few yrs it has gotten worse. I spend on average 3hrs a day, min of 5 days a week in the gym. 1hr of that is strictly cardio. I have no motivation, no sex drive, and always fatigued. Use diet pills to keep me going. Ive been eating very healthy, 2500caleries a day do to I work out so much. I went to the dr after researching low-t. my results was 64.2pg/ml. Normal range is 46.0-224 18-69yrs of age and 6.0-73pg/ml for 70-89yrs of age. my question im asking does that seem low for some one who tries to stay active an loose weight? I have the test of and 80yr old man. Ive done a lot of research but not talked to anyone but my dr and he hasn t been much help. thank you for your time.

hello and welcome
problem of obesity is a really vexing one. it is like a chronic disease- needs continuous management and attention.
- you are saying that you work out 3hrs every day
-so let us get started
-first what is your weight and height?
-because type of treatment for obesity depends on weight and height
-consult a dietician to get a proper diet to loose weight and still take all essential nutrients
-aerobic exercises help in wt loss, if you are doing already then it is better to consult a physical trainer to streamline your efforts
-regular walking briskly also helps in weight loss and improvement of general physical condition
-obesity itself results in low values of t , but yours are in the low normal range. so nothing to panic
- feel free to contact us for any help and advice
