I had a heart attack June 2012. I have also had several varicose veins ops where it was necessary to strip both legs of the main vein. this past year my legs have felt very heavy and painful (varicose related) and I ve started having heart palpitations, with a heaviness in my chest (heart area) and my left arm - and get puffed climbing the stairs to my second floor apartment. Also am very tired. Is varicose veins, palpations, pain all relating to my heart?
