Are Vertigo, Dizziness And Nasal Discharge Symptoms Of Sinus Problem?
Hi. I ve experienced vertigo and dizziness off and on for almost 3 years. I ve had 2 bad episodes of vertigo where I couldn t walk straight. The last one was about 2 months ago and I ve been dizzy to some degree since the, ranging from dizzy all day to dizzy randomly throughout the day. I m not very dizzy with my head straight. I also have pressure at temples, forehead and cheeks. And a contant headache, ranging from moderate to moderate plus. Sudafed and Alieve help but do not makes the symptoms go away. Audio test reveal normal hearing loss for my age. Dizzy test results do not indicate inner ear problems. The ear, nose and throat Dr has ordered an MRI. My husband thinks it is sinus problems. I have very little nasal discharge and no drainage down throat. What do you think?
Your doctor advised the right thing to go for an MRI first in order to rule out all the possibilities of having such symptoms related to brain and spine as well. This will also show if you have any issues with the sinuses or not.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
