Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) As you have irregular cycles and PCOS. In such case, I will suggest you to get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy at least after 15 to 20 days after the last unprotected sex act.

In case of doubt blood beta HCG test and USG will be of help.

3 ) In case of negative pregnancy test, your symptoms can be due to PMS - premenstrual syndrome. In that case, I will suggest you to opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. Start with long acting form of Vitamin B 6, vitamin E and evening primrose oil supplements on daily basis at least for next 3 months.

Also, with negative pregnancy test, you can simply wait for the onset of periods or induce the periods with Tab Regestrone. Your treating doctor can guide you further about the doses and withdrawal bleeding of the same.

4 ) Also, you can get blood prolactin levels done to rule out hyperprolactinemia as cause of breast secretion . If you have high prolactin keels , Tablet Cabergolin Will be of help. Your treating doctor can guide you further about the doses and prescription for the same.

5 ) Even if you are pregnant, you can continue with the pregnancy or you can opt for termination of the pregnancy with medicines safely till 9 weeks of pregnancy under medical supervision.

I hope this answer helps you .
Thanks.
