Are Weight Loss, Increased Thirst, Nausea And Frequent Urination Suggestive Of Diabetes?

In the last 2 months I have lost a lot of weight, have extreme thirst for water or milk. get extremely nauseated when I do eat or see food. Sometimes when I eat it helps the nauseous and other times i end up throwing it up. Frequent bathroom trips in the night, also. I have hypoglycemia and wonder if now I am a diabetic. Diabetes runs rampant in my family. I m 53 yrs old.
