Are White Foamy Substance In Urine A Cause For Concern?

I've had alot of kidney stones in the past & was even told there's a chance that someday I could end up w/ kidney disease. Recently I've noticed I have little white floaty things in my urine. It looks like a snow globe turned upside down. Is this something I should be concerned with?

Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. It appears to be urine casts.
2. Get a urine microscopy for confirmation of type of casts.
3. Numerous casts indicate tubular obstruction. Take plenty of water. Discuss with your doctor to get the tests done.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
