Are Yellowish Discoloration On Fingertips, Feet And Toes Suggestive Of Jaundice?

So it s about 315 AM pst and I noticed about an hour ago while washing my hands that my fingertips have a definite yellowish color, after googling and finding jaundice I checked some more and parts of my feet and toes are the same way, should I be worried? Should I wait a few days to see an improvement?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Yellowish discolouration of palm, feet and eye suggest jaundice. There may be accompanied fever also.

Jaundice is not a common problem that we can ignore. you should definitely contact a physician for treatment and cause.

It may become severe and you may need to hospitalize in future. so better have check up now as early as possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nirav Nimavat, General & Family Physician
