I've been with the same man for almost two years an got tested a year ago.. but today I also noticed a red bump on my vagina lip. is this an infection? Or is it a possible std? Help!

Thanks for query on hcm.
most likely it is due to some infection and usually occurs after improper hygiene, tight under garment and rough, forceful, unprotected sex.
It is usually mixed infection,so you have to take oral anti fungal (flucanazole-150) with proper antibiotic(cefixime, moxifloxacin).
Local application of triple combination cream is advisable.
Take proper local care, keep that area dry, avoid tight under garment.
Avoid sex till get complete cure.
Get examined by gynecologist for proper guidance and management.
