There are some normal pigmentary lines and zones in our body.
If you are really healthy and have normal skin , you need not to worry at all.
This site is very commonly found to be slightly darker as compared to the remaining areas on face in many people especially Indians.
Once it is sure that there is no underlying skin disease, you can use some depigmenting creams like those containing kojic acid, arbutin, glycolic acid available with various brand names but to be taken only once its sure that there is no any other cause of pigmentation.
I will advice you to send me the details and upload your pics if possible for you.
take care
