Aren T The Records Of Rheumatologists Essential To Treat Seronegative Lupus, Sjogrens And Psoriasis?

I am having a hard time finding a Dr. in my area that is interested in my diagnoses of Seronegative Lupus, Sjogrens secondarey to the SLE, Vasculitis, RA, Psoriases, etc. My primary Dr. doesn t care and the Rheumatologists only want the last 6 monthes of my records from him. I was diagnosed in 1991. Why don t the want those records as well, it seems to me they would be very important for them to have all those records.??

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I agree with you that it would be helpful for them to have all the records. I suggest just asking the Rheumatologist at your next visit, why they did not want all the records.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Kathy Robinson, General & Family Physician
