hello...my problem is heaviness in the arms and chest , where i just sit there and pray...no pain in chest ...but this has happened twice today within a 15-30 minutes...i have had this befor in the past say 12 years...i am do for a drs. check up this thurs . ...i want to ask him what the problem is...but i would like to know just what to ask him? also this is the first time , I had this problem ...one right after the other...i hope u can help me with the questions i should ask the dr. thank you for helping... i wish i could pay...but my husband just had an operation for lung cancer ...I thank u anyway for your time...

Heaviness in arms and chest- first thing thatshould be done is to rule out heart problems like angina There are other possibilities too like Heartburn .it can be a possibility if there is history of acid reflux and antacids may offer relief in such case. I would advise you when you consult your physician get a basic evaluation done like ECG, Blood pressure,blood tests like blood sugar, blood counts, lipid profile.AND Ultrasound abdomen.
These tests will HELP in diagnosis and clear your doubts.
