Arm Had A Dime Sized Bump. Why Is It Raised? Why Pus?
I have a bump the size of a a dime on my arm . It s more so raised skin, not formed like a big bump, redish. I squeezed it earlier clear liquid came out of all the pores, not just one opening. There were some small white heads forming around it, I though it might be ring worm (I coach wrestling). I put lotrimin on it and the white heads disappeared. The skin it still hard and raised, filled with this clear puss. Should I continue to use Lotrim, and clean it with alcohol, or see a doctor?
I have gone through your query regarding small lump on your arm and it gives out watery fluid on squeezing it.
Your clinical history and effect of medication revailes that most likely it is sebaceous cyst. It will be better to consult your family physician for treatment.
Regards.
