Arm Injury. Bruise, Blackish Blue Discolouration, Swelling, Lump. Blood Clot Formation?
I bumped my hard really hard while moving furniture. It was very painful and the entire top of my hand bruised black and blue. I told Advil for the pain and it is 10 days later and the swelling and bruising has gone away----except that there is a small lump at the site. It is blueish, hard and hurts a little. Should I be worried about a blood clot of some type

You may be having a residual clot. But do not worry , it should gradually disappear.
If there is pus coming out or if it increases in size or the skin over it becomes red again, you might need antibiotics and antiseptics .

Otherwise it should go off soon.
