Ayurveda Specialist Dr. Rajesh Lakhanpaul's  Response
Going by ayurveda either it coould be just due to vitiation of vat that causes such twitching or it could be due to epilepsy. Diagnosis will depend on any history of fall or on investigations like mri and eeg.
